Robert Cumming

Robert Cumming has extensive experience in utilities operations and maintenance, currently serving as the Utilities Operations and Maintenance Coordinator and Chief Power Engineer at Imperial Oil since September 2011. In this role, Robert acts as the Steam Chief for the Kearl Expansion Plant and leads the start-up operations for the KID Cogeneration and KEP Utilities Plants, ensuring safe and efficient operations. Prior to this, Robert was a Shift Supervisor at TransAlta, overseeing the start-up and commissioning of the Keephills 3 Plant. Robert holds a diploma in Power Engineering from Cambrian College, completed between 2000 and 2002.
