James Donaldson

James Donaldson is a seasoned finance professional with over three decades of experience in credit management. Currently serving as the Senior Credit Officer Vice President at Imperial PFS since February 2010, James oversees the credit operations for one of North America's largest property and casualty insurance premium finance companies, managing a national credit team and the credit review process across various branch offices. Prior to this role, James held the position of Chief Credit Officer at Imperial A. I. Credit Corp/American International Group from June 1992 to February 2010. James holds both a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Financial Management Services and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Economics, both from St. John's University.
