Charlotte Pearce, nee Czyzyk, has a diverse work experience history. Charlotte began their career at the Imperial War Museums, where they held various roles including Retail Assistant, Interpreter, Interactor, and Researcher for their First World War Special Exhibition. In 2014, they became the Lives of the First World War Public Engagement and Project Manager, responsible for managing a digital platform that commemorates the lives of millions of servicemen and women. Since 2019, they have also taken on the role of Partnerships Manager at the same institution. Additionally, Pearce has worked as a Freelance Battlefield Guide for Leger Holidays since 2014.
