M.D. Sadam Hussain

MD Sadam Hussain is a Technical Implementation Engineer at Imperium Software Technologies since September 2021, where responsibilities have expanded from handling Avaya Contact Center implementations to project management, overseeing projects related to ACCS, IPOSE, AWFOS, Media Server, Workspaces, and Centrum Applications, including Social Media, CRM Connector, IVR Survey, and Chatbot. MD Sadam Hussain holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science from Punjab Technical University (2014 - 2018) and completed computer science education at Kendriya Vidyalaya Dimapur (2012 - 2014).
