Camelia Penciu

Camelia Penciu has a diverse work history in various roles. Camelia is currently serving as the Vice President of Technology at Impero Software, starting in May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Netop from 2015 to 2022, where they held several roles including Product Manager, Product Owner, Release/Project Manager, Scrum Master, and HR Specialist. Camelia also worked as a Freelance Recruiter from 2013 to 2018. Camelia'searlier work experience includes positions at Security Technical Solutions as an HR Manager & Training Coordinator from 2008 to 2014, and as an HR Specialist from 2006 to 2008. Camelia also briefly worked as an HR Generalist at RTC Group in 2006. Throughout their career, Camelia has gained experience in technology, product management, project coordination, recruitment, and HR.

Camelia Penciu completed their Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Social Work from the University of Bucharest from 2002 to 2006. Camelia then pursued a Master's degree in Community Justice Administration from the same university, which they completed from 2006 to 2008.

In 2007, Camelia enrolled at Spiru Haret University where they earned another Master's degree in Organizations and Human Resources Management, which they completed in 2009. Following that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Spiru Haret University from 2009 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Camelia has pursued various certifications. In 2013, they completed a course at IPlan on Strategic Planning - Competence and competitiveness for managers. In 2012, they acquired skills in Project Management and Organizational Performance Management from European Project Consulting. Furthermore, in 2010, they obtained the Trainer certification from GETJM.

Camelia Penciu also holds two certifications from the Scrum Alliance. In November 2017, they became a Certified ScrumMaster, and they also obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification.
