Kelly Knuckles

Kelly Knuckles is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and sales. Currently serving as a Channel Account Manager at PGi since June 2003, Kelly specializes in collaborating with prospective and existing agents and resellers to promote PGiSend's cloud-based fax, email, voice, and text messaging solutions, aimed at reducing paper-based business processes and ensuring compliance with security standards. Previously, as a Global Account Manager at PGi, Kelly focused on delivering measurable business process improvements to Fortune 1000 customers. Prior to PGi, Kelly worked at Cable & Wireless from 1993 to 2001 as an Account Manager and Sales Representative. Academically, Kelly holds an MBA in General Business from Georgia State University, completed between 1987 and 1991.
