Christina Balam

Christina Balam, SPHR has extensive experience in human resources, having served as the VP of Human Resources at Impinj and NetMotion Software. Christina has also worked as a Human Resources Director at Point Inside and a Human Resources Manager at iSoftStone. Christina has a strong background in building award-winning cultures, improving recruiting and retention rates, implementing DEI programs, and managing various HR functions. Christina holds a Master of Arts and Bachelor of Arts degrees in History from Washington State University.
