Caroline Florequin has a diverse work experience. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Vendeuse for SARL la petite Lulu, and as a Factrice for La Banque Postale from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, they began a series of internships, starting with a Stagiaire ingénieur biomédical role at AG Medical. Caroline then moved on to a Stagiaire études cliniques role at EOS imaging in 2016, followed by an Ingénieur qualité role at Biotika® the same year. In 2017, they held a Stagiaire ingénieur affaires réglementaires role at OPIA Technologies, and a Head of Regulatory Affairs & Quality role at Implicity. In this role, they were responsible for regulatory strategy, risk analysis, FDA 510(k) processes, and the implementation and monitoring of a quality management system according to ISO 13485:2016 standards.

Caroline Florequin has a background in science and engineering. Caroline began their educational journey in 2009, when they earned their Baccalauréat from Lycée Paul Doumer in the field of science. Caroline then pursued a Bac+2 from Marcelin Berthelot in biologie-chimie-physique-science de la terre from 2012 to 2014. Finally, they earned their Diplôme d'ingénieur from ISIFC in biomedical from 2014 to 2017.
