Svetlana Korneva

Svetlana Korneva has been working in the tech industry since 2007, starting their career as a Software Engineer at Armada Labs. Here they were responsible for software design and development, bug fixing, analyzing business requirements, web design, web application maintenance, search engine optimization and support cases investigation. In 2010 they moved to EPAM Systems, where they worked as a Software Engineer and Senior Software Testing Engineer. In 2013 they joined Qulix Systems as a Senior Software Testing Engineer, and in 2014 they moved to Sberbank-Technology, where they worked as a Lead Software Testing Engineer. In 2015 they joined Kyriba, where they held the roles of Technical Project Manager, QA Architect and QA Team Leader. Currently, they are a Release and QA Manager at Implicity.

Svetlana Korneva obtained their Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics between 2000 and 2005. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including Becoming a Six Sigma Black Belt and Six Sigma: Black Belt from LinkedIn in May 2020, Change Management Foundations and Operational Excellence Foundations from LinkedIn in April 2020, Six Sigma: Green Belt from LinkedIn in April 2020, Advanced Level Test Manager (CTAL) from ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in January 2020, Advanced Level Test Analyst (CTAL) from ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in December 2017, and Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) from ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in August 2015.
