Nikhil Hathiramani

Nikhil Hathiramani has a diverse range of work experience in different industries. Nikhil is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of IMPLS Entertainment, which was established in January 2020 and focuses on esports. Prior to this, they founded CSGO2ASIA in 2017, an esports community and media platform for competitive Counter-Strike in Asia.

In 2014, Nikhil worked as a Business Development Manager at Facets Singapore Pte Ltd, a wholesaler of fine diamonds in Southeast Asia. While there, they transformed their approach to selling diamonds by implementing systems and processes, as well as overhauling their digital marketing strategies.

In addition, Nikhil has held roles as a Sales and Marketing Consultant at SoStronk in 2018, a New Product Associate at Gemvara in 2013, and a Management Trainee at Olam International in 2012. Nikhil also gained experience in sales and business development through a course at Startup Institute in 2013.

Furthermore, Nikhil has early career experience as a Trade Compliance Analyst (Co-Op) at Medtronic in 2010 and as a Transport Operator in the Singapore Armed Forces from 2006 to 2008.
