Michael Bortinger is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in brand management and marketing strategy across multiple industries. Currently serving as Marketing Director at Impossible Foods since August 2020, Michael has played a pivotal role in enhancing retailer partnerships and expanding consumer engagement with plant-based meat products. Previously, Michael held various marketing positions at General Mills, including Senior Manager of Retail Marketing and Senior Global Brand Manager at Manitoba Harvest Hemp Foods. Michael also participated as a Scholar at The Marketing Academy and holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the Kellogg School of Management, along with a BSBA in Marketing, Economics, and International Business from Washington University in St. Louis.
