Jess Matthews is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within the HR field, currently serving as People Manager at IMPOWER Consulting since April 2022. Prior to this, Jess held the position of Senior HR Advisor at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, where responsibilities included providing HR guidance to 700 employees and collaborating on compliance efforts.
