Dmitry Nasikanov

Dmitry Nasikanov is the current Chief Technical Officer at Improvado. Dmitry has extensive experience in product management and development, having served in various leadership positions at BidSwitch and IPONWEB.

At BidSwitch, Dmitry oversaw the delivery of several key product features that resulted in a 30% growth in revenue. Dmitry also migrated the company's product organization to an agile-based approach.

At IPONWEB, Dmitry was responsible for launching a cutting-edge publishers monetization platform that was adopted by some of the world's most demanding premium publishers. Dmitry led strategic partnerships and negotiations with first partners and clients, and successfully launched the product within one month. Dmitry also built from scratch a scrum-based product development process within the unit and managed the Product development team.
