Michel Hoeijmans

Michel Hoeijmans has a diverse range of work experience in the field of business IT and consultancy. Michel started their career as a Consultant/Team Manager at ICT Automatisering, where they worked on various projects involving financial processes at companies like Kruitvat Holding, TNT, PTT, Topspirit, and ABNAMRO International. Michel then joined Ab Ovo Nederland BV as a Senior Consultant, where they focused on software selection, implementation, and business process redesign for clients such as Achmea, GVB, Unigarant, INholland, and Telegraaf. After that, they worked at IMPROVEN as a Senior Consultant, Principal Business Consultant, Managing Consultant, and currently holds the position of Director Business IT. At IMPROVEN, they have been involved in various projects related to IT governance, ERP systems, project management, and process improvement for clients including Rabobank, Boskalis, Syntrus Achmea, and Avans.

Michel Hoeijmans has an extensive education history. From 2005 to 2007, they attended Pro Education where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on ICT Bedrijfskunde. Earlier, from 2002 to 2003, they were enrolled at Hogeschool voor Economische Studies Rotterdam (HES) in the field of Post HBO Financial Management. Michel pursued their undergraduate studies at De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences from 1993 to 1998, earning a Bachelor of Engineering in Informatica / Informatiekunde. Additionally, in 1990, they completed a program in Applicatiebeheer from Economisch en administratief beroeps onderwijs (ECABO). Preceding this, they studied Marketing / Commerciële economie (CE) with a specialization in marketing management at Economisch Lyceum Einhoven from 1987 to 1990. Their earliest education was at Dr. Edith Stein MAVO from 1982 to 1986.
