Na'eem A. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

In 2008, they founded Selfless, a company with a focus on an unspecified industry.

Starting from 2012, Na'eem A. served on multiple editorial boards for the Royal College of Physicians, including the Royal College of Physicians' Future Healthcare Journal and Clinical Medicine.

In 2013, they worked as a Radiology Specialty Trainee at St. George's, University of London, until 2018.

From 2014 to 2016, Na'eem A. served as a Board Trustee for Macmillan Cancer Support, a charity focused on providing support to cancer patients.

In 2016, they co-founded ImproveWell LTD, where they held the role of Co-Founder and CMO. ImproveWell is a digital solution focused on Quality Improvement (QI) in healthcare.

Since 2018, Na'eem A. has been associated with the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. Na'eem initially served as a Musculoskeletal Radiology Fellow until 2019, after which they became a Consultant Musculoskeletal & Oncological Radiologist.

From 2019 to 2022, Na'eem A. also held the role of Head of International Partnerships at CW+ (The Chelsea and Westminster Health Charity), an organization associated with the hospital.

In 2020, they started working for NHS England in various leadership positions, such as Director of NHS Staff Safety and Staff COVID-19 Vaccinations, Director of NHS Workforce Supply, Modelling, Oversight, and Deployment, National Lead for the Impact of COVID-19 on ethnic minority staff, and Advisor to the Office of the CEO, Sir Simon Stevens.

In 2022, Na'eem A. joined the Department of Health and Social Care as a Senior Clinical and Policy Advisor.

Additionally, they have served as an Associate Representative for the British Society of Skeletal Radiologists in 2018.

Na'eem A. completed their MBBS degree at King's College London from 2004 to 2010. In 2006 to 2007, they also obtained a BSc degree in Maternal and Fetal Health from the same institution. Prior to attending college, Na'eem A. attended Kingston Grammar School from 1994 to 2003. Additionally, they pursued further education and training, becoming a fellow of the Royal College of Radiologists in 2017. Na'eem also obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Healthcare and Biomedical Education from St George's, University of London in 2020. Na'eem A. expanded their knowledge and experience through visiting fellowships at various institutions. In 2018, they served as a Visiting Fellow in Musculoskeletal Radiology at the University Hospital Zurich, and in 2017, they held the same position at the Aspetar Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Hospital in Qatar. Na'eem A. further enriched their education and training as a Visiting Fellow at the Harvard Medical School - Massachusetts General Hospital.
