Jonathan Alcantara

Jonathan Alcantara began their work experience as an intern at Telecomunicaciones de Mexico in 2008. Jonathan then worked as a PHP developer at Jalercom S.A de C.V and key Business Process Solutions S.A. de C.V, where they developed custom modules for SugarCRM and created reports and graphs for data visualization. In 2009, they joined CACTO ARTE E IDEAS as a PHP developer, designing and programming CRM systems and implementing user registration and product management features. From 2010 to 2015, they worked at GRUPO SPORTS WORLD as a PHP developer, developing an ERP system and creating dynamic web pages. At Inova Mexico, they served as a Senior PHP Developer from 2015 to 2021, developing RESTful APIs and automating tasks using NodeJS and Python. Jonathan also integrated Memcached for efficient data caching and retrieval. From 2021 to 2022, they worked at DISA Global Solutions, Inc as a Software Specialist, successfully migrating projects from PHP5 to PHP7 and introducing unit testing practices. At OrderMyGear, they continued their role as a Software Specialist from 2022 to 2022. In 2023, they joined Team Gear Flow, also as a Software Specialist, where they designed and implemented modules for product management using React, Typescript, Prisma, SQLite, and Tailwind. Most recently, they joined Improving in 2021 as a Software Specialist.

Jonathan Alcantara completed their Bachelor's Degree in Informatics from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México from 2004 to 2008. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Scrum Master in November 2019 from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile.
