Rpr Nimrat Gill

Nimrat Gill has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies. Nimrat currently works at Improving as a Talent Attraction Lead since August 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Technical Recruiter at Improving from June 2021 to August 2022. Additionally, Nimrat worked at the Canadian Red Cross as a People Services (HR) Field Operations Assistant from February 2021 until March 2023. Earlier in their career, they served as a Research Associate Co-op Student at Boyden from January 2019 to May 2019.

Nimrat Gill, RPR, has a diverse education history. They began their studies in 2015 at the University of Calgary, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations in 2020. They continued their education at the same university, completing a Certificate in Human Resource Management from 2020 to 2021.

In 2016, Nimrat participated in the Explore Program at Université de Montréal, where they studied French for a year.

In addition to their formal education, Nimrat has also obtained several certifications. They earned the Registered Professional Recruiter designation from the Institute of Professional Management (IPM) in June 2022. Furthermore, in September 2021, they acquired the Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org.
