Charles Ray

Charles Ray has extensive work experience in various roles and organizations. Charles began their career in 1976 as a Motion Picture Production Specialist at the U.S. Army Engineer Waterways Experiment Station, where they worked until 1989. From 1989 to 1995, they served as a Visual Information Specialist at the U.S. Army Engineer Waterways Experiment Station Information Technology Laboratory.
