Michelle Dooley

Michelle Dooley is a seasoned professional in the music industry, currently serving as the Distribution and Member Services Team Leader and Senior International Executive at IMRO since July 2016. Michelle has extensive experience managing revenue streams from live concerts, media, and streaming services to ensure timely distribution of royalties to IMRO members. Previous roles include positions as International Executive and Distribution Assistant at the Association of Irish Composers, and treasurer at Pieta House. Michelle's foundational experience includes being a Course Coordinator for music programmes at Windmill Lane Recording Studios and content management at Xhail, focusing on audio editing and composition. Educationally, Michelle holds a Master's Degree in Music Composition from Trinity College Dublin and is currently pursuing diplomas in Project Management and Business Accounting, alongside past qualifications in Management Studies, Music Technology, and Communications.
