Hugo Vallée is a millimeter-wave and RF integrated circuit designer at NXP Semiconductors since February 2017 and a PhD student at IMS Laboratory, focusing on designing a mmW receiver for 77 GHz automotive radar in advanced RF CMOS. Previously, Hugo worked at NXP Semiconductors on a six-month automotive radar project at 77 GHz, defining the architecture of a high-frequency receiver chain and designing a low-noise amplifier (LNA) and mixer. Additional experience includes a three-month internship at DelfMEMS, where work involved characterizing a MEMS switch for RF applications, and a summer internship at STMicroelectronics, operating within a production team on wafer processing and quality control. Hugo holds a degree from Grenoble INP - Phelma and graduated from Lycée Bellevue, Toulouse.
