Andrei Ungureanu

Andrei-Teodor Ungureanu, currently serving as Deputy General Manager and Operations Manager at IMSAT S.A. since August 2014, plays an integral role in the company's top management executive team while overseeing contract management and operations. Previously, Andrei-Teodor was the Managing Partner and Partner Lawyer at Deleanu Vasile - Attorneys at Law from August 2004 to August 2014, where responsibilities included coordinating the firm's operations and advising clients on various commercial and corporate legal matters. Earlier experience includes a position as a Trainee Lawyer at CEBP Law Office from February 2002 to June 2004. Andrei-Teodor holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Political Sciences and Law from the University of Bucharest and a Baccalaureate Diploma from “Al. Ioan Cuza” National College, Galati, Romania.
