Jessica Janza Sidders

Jessica Janza Sidders has a wealth of experience in the technology industry. Jessica began their career in 2006 as a Development Manager and Project Manager at Travelocity. In 2010, they joined Globant as a VP/Delivery Director and Engagement Program Manager for vendors such as Electronic Arts, GroupM, and PR Newswire. In 2013, they became Delivery Director for vendors DreamWorks Animation and Anheuser-Busch InBev. In 2014, they were appointed Chief Operating Officer of Globant's Huddle Group, where they were responsible for leading the overall strategy and operations of the company. In 2015, they co-founded InAllMedia, where they served as Co-Founder and VP of Customer Enablement & Operations and Co-Founder and VP of Operations. In this role, they led client delivery and operations and devised a winning strategy for the company. Jessica also measured and reported the results of the company strategy to the board and supervised delivery team managers.

Jessica Janza Sidders attended St. Catherine's School from 1983 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachiller Nacional Bilingue Modalizado en Ciencias y Letras (I.G.C.S.E.). Jessica then went on to attend Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires' from 1995 to 2000, where they earned a degree in Software Engineering.
