Maria Lorena de Siliezar

Maria Lorena de Siliezar has had a successful career in the tech industry. Maria Lorena began their career in 2013 as a Software Engineer at DLF Sistemas. In 2015, they joined ASESUISA as a Scrum Master, where they managed a minimum of 8 projects each year while also collaborating with cross-functional teams. In 2019, they moved to Momentum Telecom as a Project Manager, where they oversaw a large portfolio of network provisioning projects. Most recently, in 2021, they joined In All Media as a Senior Project Manager and Scrum Master, where they worked effectively with multiple distributed Scrum teams, guided and coached teams, and provided continuous improvement for product development lifecycle.

Maria Lorena de Siliezar obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Software Technology/Technician from Universidad Evangélica de El Salvador in 2014, followed by a Master of Science in Computer Software Technology/Technician from Universidad Don Bosco in 2019. In 2020, they earned a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
