Don Irving

Don Irving has a diverse range of work experience in the retail and e-commerce industries. Don started their career as a District Sales Manager at Caleres, Inc. in 1998 and held this position until 2012. In 2012, they joined Grupo Flexi as the Director of Stores, where they played a key role in the creation and operation of a startup international retail chain and implemented their first e-commerce site. In 2017, Don became the CEO/Co-owner of Irving Footwear LLC, where they developed and refined their e-commerce experience and successfully delivered top-quality footwear to the US market. Don ended their role at Irving Footwear in January 2021. Don also worked as an Area Manager at Invicta Stores from 2018 to 2019. Currently, Don is employed at In Bloom Flowers as the Director of Operations, a role they have held since February 2022.

Don Irving has a background in business and has attended the University of New Hampshire for an unspecified period of time. Don has not completed a specific degree at this institution. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications in leadership. One is called "Situational Leadership: Building Leaders" from The Center for Leadership Studies, which they obtained in September 2019. The other certification is "Leadership Through People Skills" obtained from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School in March 2010.
