Eric Jackson has extensive experience in technical support and consulting, currently serving as a Technical Support Specialist at IN-COM Data Systems since March 2020. Prior to this role, Eric worked for Software Solutions Group, Inc. from August 1998 to March 2020 as a Consultant, where valuable skills in problem-solving and client engagement were developed.
