Debbie Gilbert

Debbie Gilbert is an experienced construction professional with a diverse background spanning several decades. Currently serving as a Department Manager in Construction at In-N-Out Burger since April 2023, Debbie previously held the position of Senior Construction Project Manager at Starbucks from September 2017 to April 2023. Prior to that, a range of roles including Project Manager in Land Development as a Consultant from 2002 to September 2017, and various construction management positions at The Home Depot from 1992 to 2002 were occupied. Additional experience includes serving as a Project Manager at Diversified Shopping Centers, Project Engineer at Hall & Foreman, Inc., Assistant Engineer at PRC Engineering, Landscape Architectural Drafter at Land Concern, and Engineering Drafter at VLI Corporation. Debbie Gilbert holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from UC Irvine, earned between 1984 and 1988.
