Laura Lutje

Laura Lutje is a Senior UX/UI Designer and Scrum Master at in-tech GmbH since March 2018, where responsibilities include gathering customer requirements through workshops and user interviews, developing information architectures, creating use cases and user flows, and visualizing digital solutions. Laura also designs and extends complex design systems, advises clients on projects, documents UI specifications and style guides, and conducts usability tests while collaborating closely with product owners, project leaders, and developers. Prior experience includes a role at NOWAK Werbeagentur from August 2016 to December 2017, focusing on graphic and web design as a trainee and working student, and a brief position as a User Experience Designer at CIRIC Software GmbH in 2015, developing a prototype application. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in User Experience Design from Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt, obtained in 2018.
