Aicel Rojas

Aicel Rojas is a seasoned professional in the field of information technology with extensive experience in service management and quality assurance. Currently serving as Senior Service Manager at IN2 INGENIERIA DE LA INFORMACION since October 2017, Aicel oversees the maintenance services for commercial applications at Vueling Airlines. Prior to this role, Aicel worked at Movilway from September 2010 to October 2017 as a Regional Support Level II, managing project integrations and utilizing SCRUM methodologies. Additional experience includes a role as QA Specialist focused on web and mobile application quality assurance, and earlier positions in support and development, including work with CRM systems and database management.
