Neha Sharma (PSM-I, CSM)

Neha Sharma has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Neha started their career at Convergys India Pvt Ltd. in 2003 as a Quality Assurance Specialist. In 2006, they interned at Capgemini, gaining experience in Quality Assurance. Neha then joined HCL Technologies in 2007 as a Senior Business Analyst, where they worked until 2010. From 2011 to 2014, Neha served as a Lead Consultant - Strategy & Transformation Consulting at HCL Technologies. In 2014, they joined Promantus Inc as a Senior Business System Analyst, where they worked until 2018. Currently, Neha is employed at INADEV, where they started as a Senior Program Manager in 2018 and is currently serving as the Director, Commercial Programs. Neha is a certified Professional Scrum Master (PSM-I) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM).

Neha Sharma has a Master's degree in IT systems, which they obtained from the Symbiosis Center for Information Technology from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Computer Applications (B.C.A) from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University from 2000 to 2003.

In terms of certifications, Neha Sharma holds the Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org, which they obtained in April 2018. Additionally, they have obtained the Basics of Supply Chain Management (BSCM) certification from the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS) in June 2008. Lastly, they have also earned the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from the Scrum Alliance in December 2019.
