Carmen Iglesias Sanchez has a diverse work experience history. In 2015, they worked as a Legal Intern at GASSIOT ADVOCATS & PROPERTY SLP, where they actively involved in various legal tasks such as creating reports, contracts, lawsuits, and managing calls and meeting agendas. From 2019 to 2020, they served as a Payroll Intern at Dell Technologies, where they managed the social security process and maintained payroll information. Following that, they worked at FREE NOW (formerly mytaxi) as a People Operations Specialist, providing orientation and support to new hires. In 2021, they joined MANGO as a People Operations Specialist, where they managed personnel registrations, dismissals, and vacation management. Later in 2021, they served as an HR Admin & Office Manager at Tap4fun Barcelona, handling administrative tasks, contracts, and company benefits. Currently, starting from 2023, they are working as an HR Associate at INARI.IO.

Carmen Iglesias Sanchez has a diverse educational background. In 2008, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law from Universidad de Extremadura. In 2015 and 2016, they pursued a Postgraduate Legal Practice in Criminal and Civil Law at the Il·lustre Col·legi de l'Advocacia de Barcelona. In 2017, they attended EF International Language Campuses and obtained the EF Academic Year Abroad Diploma in English.
