Manufacturing Engineer at Inari Medical

Brandon Conrad has a strong background in manufacturing engineering and project management. Brandon began their career as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at Dallen Medical, Inc., where they gained experience in creating test protocols, executing process validations, and constructing SolidWorks parts and assemblies. Brandon later joined Pacific Medical LLC as a Telemetry Technician, responsible for receiving, diagnosing, repairing, and testing telemetry transmitters.

Conrad then joined UC Irvine as a Lab Assistant, where they worked from 2013 to 2015. During this time, they gained valuable experience in laboratory operations.

In 2015, Conrad joined Applied Medical as an Engineering Technician, working closely with process engineers and production managers to design and qualify fixtures for laparoscopic surgical devices. Brandon also served as a Process Engineering Intern, assisting in the design and qualification of fixtures for testing and manufacturing.

Conrad joined RRDS, Inc. in 2016 and held roles such as Technical Monitor, Project Coordinator, and Project Manager. In these positions, they gathered and analyzed technical data, monitored project compliance, and provided administrative support to ensure project efficiency.

From 2017 to 2021, Conrad worked at Endologix, Inc. Brandon initially served as a Manufacturing Engineer, responsible for designing and developing manufacturing equipment, automation, tooling, and fixtures. Brandon then advanced to the role of Sr. Manufacturing Engineer, where they were involved in various aspects of process development, validation, troubleshooting, and documentation.

Conrad recently joined Inari Medical in 2021 as a Manufacturing Engineer, where they are currently involved in the manufacturing processes for medical devices.

Throughout their career, Conrad has demonstrated strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence in manufacturing engineering and project management.
