John Adam

John Adam is an experienced professional in human resources and people operations with a strong background in HRIS analysis and system implementation projects. Currently serving as a Sr People Operations Analyst at Inari since April 2022, John previously held positions as a Sr HRIS Analyst at both Goodwin and Aspen Technology, where expertise in Workday implementation and various HCM modules was a focus. Earlier experience includes serving as an HR Generalist at Alstom Transport and roles in retail and educational environments. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
