Mary Happ

Mary Happ is an accomplished bioinformatics scientist with a strong background in plant sciences and genetics. Currently employed at Inari since October 2022, Mary previously completed a Doctoral Graduate Research Assistantship at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, where a bioinformatics pipeline was developed to accurately genotype over 10 million SNPs in soybean. Early research experience includes work as an undergraduate research assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, a field technician role with Monsanto Company, and various positions related to crop scouting and seed operations. Mary holds a Ph.D. in Plant Breeding & Genetics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Bachelor's Degree in Crop Sciences from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
