Ponsi Trivisvavet

Ponsi brings global knowledge of the agriculture and seeds business and extensive management and operational skills to her leadership of the company. Prior to joining, she was COO at Indigo Agriculture, where she led the R&D operations and built the international businesses. Beforehand, Ponsi held a number of leadership and commercial roles at Syngenta, most recently as President of Syngenta Seeds North America and Regional Director of North America where she led $3.5bn business. Before Syngenta, Ponsi held positions with McKinsey & Company as well as with Merrill Lynch Phatra in Asia. She holds a MBA with distinction from Cornell University.
