Richa Pande

Richa Pande is currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Inatech, a global provider of cloud-enabled and on-premise consulting, ERP implementation, managed services, and marine solutions. Prior to this role, Richa held various HR leadership positions in companies such as Ramco Systems, Capgemini, and Tech Mahindra. Richa also has experience as a visiting faculty member at Loyola Institute Of Business Management and holds a Ph.D in Employee Relations from Delhi University.
