Rana Makarem

Rana Makarem is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of Operations at Inaya Medical Center since January 2015, where responsibilities include managing the recruitment process and overseeing the licensing of medical professionals. Previously, Rana worked as a Personnel & Administration Coordinator at Human Soft - Expression Training Company from March 2011 to October 2012, focusing on payroll management and recruitment assistance. Rana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising & Public Relations from Lebanese University and is currently pursuing a certificate at New Horizons Training Center in Kuwait.
