Erikas Kneizys

Erikas Kneizys is an Engineering Consultant, currently working in 2022. Prior to this, they were the Chief Hardware Officer at Inbalance Grid from 2020 to 2021, where they were responsible for developing product architecture and specifications based on market analysis, managing mechanical and electrical design teams, and ensuring product compliance. From 2015 to 2020, they were the Chief Design Officer at NanoAvionics, where they managed multi-disciplinary teams developing and manufacturing CubeSat components, supervised mechanical and thermal design of CubeSat platforms, and built relationships with suppliers and communicated with clients. From 2014 to 2015, they were the Founder of Lungard, where they developed a smart air filtering helmet for urban cyclists, and worked with industrial designers and electronics engineers to develop a product for the market. From 2014 to 2014, they were the Electromechanics Engineer at Integrated Optics, where they designed and built sub-micron precision electromechanical positioning equipment for laser assembly, and designed and built manufacturing of a laminar air flow clean-room workbenches.

Erikas Kneizys obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Surrey between 2007 and 2010.
