Marisa Guitart Amechazurra

Marisa Guitart Amechazurra has extensive experience in business consulting and venture capital. In 1995, they founded MGA Business Consulting, S.L., a specialized management consultancy and project management firm. Marisa provided strategic advice, mentoring and coaching, project management, interim management, and practical support to executives and entrepreneurs managing change and key business challenges. In 2012, they co-founded AYM Commercial & Premium Solutions, S.L., and in 2014, they became a Business Angel/Investor for Bioservo Technologies. In 2016, they co-founded OPES Global Investments, S.L., and in 2018, they became an Investor & Lead Investor of MGA group for Inbiomotion. In 2013, they became Head of Business Operations for Sanifit and a Partner & CFO for TLAQuattro Advanced Solutions, S.L. In 2014, they became a Partner - Acting General Manager & Board Director for JanMarini Spain and in 2015, they became a Partner/Strategic Advisor for BIBA Venture Partners. In 2022, they became a Board Observer/Advisor and Investor & Lead and representative of syndicate of investor's - MGA group for Mutter Ventures.

Marisa Guitart Amechazurra's education history includes attending EADA Business School from 2001 to 2002, where they took courses and seminars in Business Strategy, Change Management, and various Marketing, Management, and HR courses. From 1992 to 1993, they attended Management & Business Institute, where they earned Financial Management Executive MBA Credit and Marketing Management Executive MBA credit in Business Administration and Marketing Strategy, respectively. From 1990 to 1991, they attended EADA Business School, where they earned a Marketing Management degree in Marketing. Marisa also attended Universitat de Barcelona from 1982 to 1984, but did not complete the degree. In 2012, they attended Adecco Training, where they earned a Leading marketing and sales teams degree in Management. Marisa also attended Synergie in 1989, where they took courses in Managing People. Finally, they attended Pharmacia, where they took several seminars and workshops in Business strategy, HR, Finance/Administration, and Logistics.
