Heather Elzea

Heather Elzea has a diverse work experience in revenue cycle management. Heather is currently serving as the Director of Revenue Cycle at InBloom Autism Services since October 2021. Prior to this, Heather worked as an Independent Consultant from April 2015, where they provided consulting services to start-up companies in setting up their revenue cycle departments, including pay or contracts, NPI numbers, provider numbers, hiring teams, and implementation of PMS. Heather also assisted health plans in developing benefit packages, enrolling new memberships, and implementing claims processing software.

Before their independent consulting role, Heather served as the Director of Revenue Cycle Management at Twin Cities Orthopedic/Revo from September 2016 to October 2021. Heather was responsible for managing the revenue cycle operations of the organization during this period.

Earlier in their career, Heather worked as the Accounts Receivable Director at Sholom Community Alliance from February 2011 to September 2016. Heather also served as a Field Accounting Analyst at Extendicare from February 2003 to January 2011.

Through their various roles, Heather has gained extensive knowledge and experience in revenue cycle management and has demonstrated their expertise in setting up revenue cycle departments, managing accounts receivable, and implementing efficient workflows.
