Nicole (LaBerge) Kozlowski has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and human resources. In their most recent role at Inbound Health and Chasm Partners, they served as a Lead Sourcer and Lead Talent Sourcer, respectively. Prior to that, they worked at Meta as a Technical Sourcer, where they were responsible for sourcing passive tech and program managers, developing sourcing strategies for diversity, and leading candidate debrief sessions. Before joining Meta, Nicole worked at IQVIA as a Senior Sourcer, where they focused on talent acquisition in North America. Nicole also gained experience as a Recruitment Support Specialist at DoubleStar, Inc. and a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist at Robert Half. In addition to their talent acquisition roles, Nicole has experience in HR, having worked as an HR Assistant at the Virginia Institute of Autism. Nicole also held leadership positions at Target and completed internships at Autism Speaks and the Philadelphia Zoo, where they were involved in public education and program development.
Nicole (LaBerge) Kozlowski completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, Conflict Analysis and Intervention from James Madison University, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. In 2018, they pursued a Professional Certificate in Applied Human Resources from Villanova University.
In terms of additional certifications, Nicole obtained their PHR (Professional in Human Resources) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in June 2018. Nicole later achieved the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI in August 2021.
