Niko Zurita

Niko Zurita is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and organizational development. Currently serving as the Vice President of People & Culture at Inbox Health since May 2023, Niko previously held leadership roles at Clair as Head of People & Talent and at BM Technologies, Inc. (BMTX) as Director of Talent, where a focus on innovation and recruitment strategies contributed to a disruptive banking model. Niko's career also includes positions at Higher One and Campus Labs, specializing in recruitment and HR processes, and earlier roles at Devereux and Post University. Niko holds a Bachelor of Arts in Labor Relations from the University of Connecticut, an MBA in Corporate Innovation from Post University, and a certificate in Human Resources Analytics from The Wharton School.
