Michelle Burns

Michelle Burns, MSW, currently serves as a Recruiter at Inceed, where responsibilities include recruiting professionals in IT, Accounting, and Finance, coordinating interview processes, and managing candidate documentation through Bullhorn CRM. Previous experience encompasses roles with the St. Louis Cardinals as a Team Fredbird Member, engaging with fans and promoting the brand, and serving as an Assistant Gymnastics Coach at St. Louis Gym Centre, instructing competitive gymnasts. In the mentoring and social work field, Michelle held various positions at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Missouri, where a trauma-informed approach was applied in supporting youth with personal and educational goals. Additional roles include Head College Club Gymnastics Coach at Washington University in St. Louis and a behavioral health intern with the Boys and Girls Club of Columbia. Michelle holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Missouri-Columbia and dual degrees in Hospitality Administration/Management and Strategic Communication from The Ohio State University.
