Warren McNeil

Warren McNeil has over 30 years of experience in various leadership roles in the recognition and reward industry. Warren started their career in 1984 as the Director of Marketing at Bekins Moving & Storage, where they managed sales and marketing efforts. In 1987, they joined Jostens as the Director of National Accounts, responsible for business development and managing relationships with Fortune 500 clients. In 2001, they became a Regional Vice President at Michael C. Fina, a position they held for 10 years. Since 2011, they have been with Incentive Services Inc. as a Regional Vice President, assisting organizations in creating a culture of recognition and providing solutions for increased employee engagement and retention.

Warren McNeil attended Dominican University from 1976 to 1978, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Political Science.
