Alessia Lavuri is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in management roles across various prestigious establishments. Currently serving as a Duty Manager at Inception Group in London since June 2021, Alessia’s previous positions include Lobby Manager at Ace Hotel London and Floor Manager at Inception Group. Alessia has also held the role of Restaurant Manager at Criterion Capital Limited, overseeing operations at multiple locations, and gained significant experience at Morgans Hotel Group, progressing from Assistant Restaurant Manager to F&B Supervisor and Restaurant Supervisor. Alessia began the career as a waitress at Galvin at Windows, a Michelin Star restaurant, and Westin Hotels & Resorts.
