Alex Cabella has a diverse work experience in the bartending industry. Alex started their career as a bartender at La Grotta dei Sapori in 2014, where they worked until 2016. Alex then moved on to Hotel Cenobio dei Dogi in 2019, where they worked as a bartender for a brief period. In the same year, they became the Head Bartender at Hotel Mythos for a few months. Alex also gained experience at Cubilla American Bar as a bartender for a short period in 2019. In 2018, they worked as a bartender at Dai Muagetti for two years. Most recently, Alex has been with Inception Group since 2021, starting as a Senior Bartender at Cahoots and later becoming the Head Bartender.
Alex Cabella attended European Bartender School in 2018, where they completed the International Bartender Course. The course focused on bartending and provided him with the necessary skills and knowledge in this field.
