Charlie Gilkes

Charlie Gilkes is a prominent figure in the hospitality industry, serving as Director and Founder of Inception Group since February 2009, where several successful venues have been launched, including Barts, Mr Fogg's establishments, and Cahoots. In addition to the leadership role at Inception Group, Charlie Gilkes has held the position of Director at Royal Albert Hall Developments Limited since June 2022 and is a Member of the Philanthropy Board for the Royal Albert Hall since April 2014. Prior experience includes founding Kitts, a management company associated with the Sloane Square Hotel, from March 2007 to February 2009. Charlie Gilkes earned a Master of Arts in Politics from The University of Edinburgh in 2007.
