Julian Martini

Julian Martini has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role being the Head of HR Group at Inchcape plc since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Inchcape Americas from 2017 to 2022, holding various positions including HR Director for Daimler Americas/M&A and HR Business Partner. Before joining Inchcape, they were an HR Business Partner at PALL MALL FINE ARTS LTD from 2011 to 2017. Julian's career in HR began at Stellantis in 2006, where they held roles as HR Business Partner and Recruiter.

Julian Martini has a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the University of West London, which they obtained from 2012 to 2014. Additionally, they have a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Instituto Universitario Aeronáutico, completed between 2001 and 2006. Julian also obtained a certification in HR from CIPD Qualifications in 2013.
