Louise Cottell

Louise Cottell has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies. Louise is currently the Global Head of Talent and Development at Inchcape plc, where they have demonstrated their expertise in HR and talent development. Prior to this role, they served as the Group Head of Talent at Legal & General and held multiple positions at BT, including Group Head of Talent and BT Group Lead Talent, Leadership, and Succession. With a focus on strategy and finance, Louise worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at EE and also gained experience in various HR roles at Orange. Louise began their career as a Market Research Assistant at AXA. Throughout their career, Louise has consistently delivered change, collaborated with diverse teams, and implemented impactful strategies and initiatives.

Louise Cottell received a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd, which they completed between 2005 and 2008. Louise further pursued their education at the University of the West of England, earning a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from 2008 to 2010.
