Kamika Byrd

Kamika Byrd, MPH, currently serves as a Client Implementation Manager at Included Health since January 2021, previously holding the position of Senior Care Coordinator, where responsibilities included delivering integrated virtual care and navigation for members. Kamika pursued a Master of Public Health degree at Ohio University from August 2021 to December 2023. Prior experience includes a substantial role as Community Outreach Manager and later as Community Outreach Coordinator at The Cincinnati Eye Institute Foundation from April 2016 to August 2021, overseeing operations, patient relations, and community programs. Earlier experience at The Cincinnati Eye Institute as a Patient Intake Coordinator from July 2013 to April 2016 involved enhancing customer service and managing insurance claims. Kamika holds a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Communication and an Associate of Arts from Miami University.
