Tricia Johnson

Tricia Johnson is an experienced professional in care management and retail leadership, currently serving as a Senior Care Management Support Professional at Inclusa, Inc. since May 2019. Tricia has held several titles at Inclusa, including Community Living Program Manager and Community Resources Coordinator. Prior to this role, Tricia worked at Forward Service Corporation from March 2016 to May 2019 as a Career Planner and Career Services Specialist for WIOA Adult and Youth programs. Tricia's extensive retail experience includes management positions at Gap Inc./Old Navy, Pier 1 Imports, Family Video, and Kohl's Department Stores, among others, beginning as a Team Relations Leader at Target. Tricia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from UW-Oshkosh, obtained between 1991 and 1996, and completed general education at D.C. Everest Senior High School.
